Talent Acquisition Lead - Power/Manufacturing/Infra Industry (looking for immediate Joiners)


The Talent Acquisition Lead will be responsible for all activities related to Talent Acquisition and recruitment. The responsibilities include determining current staffing needs, developing Talent Acquisition strategies, leading employment branding initiatives, sourcing candidates for open positions, conducting recruitment processes, ensuring positive candidate experiences, and assisting in employee retention and development. They also supervise recruiting personnel, participate in career fairs and events, and use metrics to analyze recruitment data and identify areas for improvement.
Roles and responsibilities:
- Create and build the Talent Acquisition strategy for the entire company, multi-level hiring, pipeline building and people management.
- Create and implement Talent Acquisition strategies for leadership & lateral hiring.
- Drive the full spectrum of recruitment and selection activities.
- Innovate hiring practices by using new methods or channels. Keep a lookout for talent available in the market and plan accordingly.
- Partnering with leaders within the organization to track ongoing hiring needs of their business
- Develop practices to create a good candidate experience.
- Monitor market trends in hiring practices and ensure our strategy is in line with the market.
- Use metrics to create reports and identify areas of improvement.
- Develop relationships with third-party recruitment agencies and search firms and manage the procurement and measurement process.
- Designing and driving the adoption of consistent recruiting, interviewing, and hiring practices that support a strong candidate experience.
