Operations Roles & Responsibility

- Vendor Management (Vendor Account Managers)/ Vendor Escalations.
- Courier NDR/Bills clearance, wt disputes, Vendor Performance pickups.
- Customer Returns management, Escalations Queries resolver.
- Order Dispatcher according to best fit, Overall Dispatch Management.
- New vendor Acquisitions/ Planning and develop business strategy with vendors.

Requirements

- Graduate & Post Graduate in operations domain
- Communication skills should be sharp
- Should be well versed with startup culture
- Ability to think creative ways to engage , retain and maximize performance among teams
- Should have Above average Soft skills, good convincing and negotiation skills
- Flexibility towards work responsibility, should be ok to involve in multiple roles and responsibilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Salary: ₹200,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
