Head - Supply Chain Financing - FinTech (10-15 yrs)

Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Supply Chain Finance at our fintech company. The Head of Supply Chain Finance will be responsible for managing Supply Chain operations, overseeing procurement activities, leading a team, and ensuring excellent customer service. This role is located in Gurugram and will require the candidate to work on-site.
Qualifications: Supply Chain Management and Operations Management skills
- Experience in Anchor Relationship Management
- Ability to leverage the Tie-Ups with Anchors for both - sourcing as well as maintaining portfolio quality.
- Experience in procurement and team leadership
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in the finance or fintech industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA preferred
- Proven track record of success in similar roles
