We are hiring Manager - Cybersecurity - Manufacturing & Supply Chain for our client based at Gurgaon.
Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and technically hands-on Senior Manager/Manager, Manufacturing & Supply Chain Security. This role is an execution-focused technology lead who can build and enhance the Company's cybersecurity posture in the areas of manufacturing, operational technology, Supply Chain, and contract manufacturers. This role reports to the Director Cybersecurity and collaborates with internal and external stakeholder groups to ensure compliance with Company, regulator, and industry security requirements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology/security or a related field.
- 10+ years of relevant work experience in cybersecurity roles related to manufacturing and operational technology (including industrial control systems).
- Strong understanding of manufacturing cybersecurity principles and practices, including risk assessments, security controls, vulnerability/threat assessments, and penetration testing.
- Knowledge of automotive manufacturing processes, industrial control systems, and practices for ensuring security in such environments.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity standards such as ISO 2700X, ISO 21434, NIST 800-82/53, etc.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Proven ability to lead and manage complex projects from conception to completion.
- Ability to present ideas in a clear and concise manner.
- CISSP, CISM, CEH, or other relevant industry certifications preferred.
Technical Requirements:
- In-depth knowledge of intrusion detection/prevention systems, endpoint protection solutions, and their use in manufacturing/operational technology environments.
- Strong understanding of network security principles/protocols, including networking, Layer 2/3 communications, secure remote access, access controls, etc. and how they apply to manufacturing environments.
- Knowledge of manufacturing technologies and systems, including industrial control systems, SCADA, HMIs, and PLCs.
- Hands-on experience conducting technical security reviews and assessments for manufacturing environments (ideally in the automotive industry), aligned to industry principles and best practices (e.g., NIST SP 800-82, ISA/IEC 62443, etc.).
- Experience with design and implementation of systems in contract manufacturing environments where complete control over end-to-end processes may not be available, including segmentation, remote access, access controls, VPNS, etc.
