Talent Acquisition Specialist (Manufacturing)


Responsibilities:


- Developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
- Utilizing various sourcing methods, such as job boards, social media, and professional networking platforms, to identify potential candidates.
- Conducting thorough candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate qualifications and suitability for specific roles.
- Collaborating with hiring managers to define job requirements, responsibilities, and desired candidate profiles.
- Managing the entire recruitment process, including job postings, candidate communication, and interview coordination.
- Building and maintaining a strong talent pipeline to ensure a steady stream of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.
- Acting as a brand ambassador for the organization, promoting its culture, values, and unique selling points to attract top talent.
- Crafting compelling job advertisements and descriptions that communicate the company's vision and attract qualified candidates.
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with external recruitment agencies and other industry professionals to expand the talent pool.
- Utilizing advanced sourcing techniques, such as Boolean searches and data mining, to uncover and engage passive candidates.
- Proactively seeking out potential candidates through online platforms, industry events, and professional networks.
- Building a diverse candidate pool by actively seeking candidates from underrepresented groups and promoting inclusivity within the recruitment process.
- Conducting thorough candidate interviews and assessments using behavioral interviewing techniques and psychometric assessments.
- Assessing candidates' technical skills, cultural fit, and potential for growth within the organization.
- Coordinating and facilitating interview processes, including scheduling interviews, collecting feedback, and making recommendations to hiring managers.
Qualification And Experience:
- MBA in HR with 8-12 Years of Experience in Talent Acquisition with a Manufacturing Industry is a Must.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software to streamline the hiring process.
- Familiarity with social media platforms, online job boards, and candidate sourcing tools to efficiently identify and engage potential candidates.
- Strong analytical skills to assess candidate qualifications and match them with job requirements.
- Ability to think critically and make informed decisions when evaluating and comparing multiple candidates.
- Ability to articulate the company's values, job requirements, and growth opportunities in a concise and compelling manner.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines and drive the recruitment process forward.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving recruitment targets and delivering quality hires to the organization.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders throughout the recruitment process.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external stakeholders.
- Ability to establish rapport and effectively communicate with individuals from diverse backgrounds and cultures.
