- We are looking for enthusiastic candidates who will be responsible to: Make outbound calls to existing or new customers and explain about SparesHub.com. Maintain customer relationship by proactively reaching out to seek possible sales opportunity.
- Co-ordinate with Sales & Marketing departments on promotions or sales offers. Generate leads and hand them over to operations team. Responds to customer enquiries regarding orders, billing inquiries and technical problem notifications.
Requirements: Customer service experience in a Call Center environment preferred. Graduates/PG in any stream. Good language command in English and Hindi.
- Do you have knowledge of other regional languages? If yes-excellent, that will be an added advantage. Strong computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. Excellent listening skills that allow effective problem solving and troubleshooting. Interest in car/automobile industry.
