Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Reach out to clients and pitch our product and company to them.
2. Book demo sessions for clients with our technology team.
3. Follow up with clients to ensure successful sales.
4. Advise present or prospective clients by answering incoming calls on a rotating basis, operating telephone equipment, automated dialing systems, and different telecommunications technologies.
5. Maintain operations by following policies, methodologies, and functional changes. Maintain quality service by adhering to organizational guidelines.
6. Acquire and update individuals' contact details.
Here are some skills and requirements:
1. Proven experience as an Outbound Sales representative.
2. Excellent knowledge of the English language.
3. Good knowledge of computer programs like ERP, CRM software, and other telephone systems.
4. A proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas over the phone.
5. Ability to switch communication styles, whether utilizing predefined scripts or being creative based on the situation.
6. Immediate joining is preferred.
7. High school diploma; B.Sc./BA will be an added advantage.
