Job description

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Corporate Engagement and Admissions Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for establishing and nurturing relationships with HR managers in various corporate organizations. Your primary objective will be to encourage and facilitate discussions with their employees, promoting enrollment in our programs (MBA and EDPA), and getting our students placed. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in managing the admissions process for interested candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Corporate Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with HR managers and decision-makers in corporate organizations.
- Collaborate with corporate partners to understand their workforce development needs and align our MBA and EDPA programs accordingly.
2. Industry Partnerships:
- Explore and establish partnerships with industry organizations to enhance the visibility and credibility of our programs.
- Leverage industry connections to create mutually beneficial opportunities for Corporate Engagement and student placements.
- Engage the corporate partners to get corporate speakers.
3. Promotion and Awareness:
- Develop and implement strategies to promote our programs to employees within corporate settings.
- Organize information sessions, workshops, and promotional events to create awareness about the benefits of our programs
4. Employee Engagement:
- Engage with employees to understand their career goals and aspirations.
- Present the advantages of our MBA programs, emphasizing how they align with professional development and organizational objectives.
5. Admissions Process:
- Serve as the main point of contact for prospective students interested in our programs.
- Guide candidates through the admissions process, providing information on program details, application requirements, and deadlines.
6. Networking and Industry Events:
- Attend industry conferences, networking events, and trade shows to expand corporate partnerships and stay updated on industry trends.
- Leverage networking opportunities to enhance the visibility of our MBA programs within the business community.
Qualifications:
- Senior person with direct and relevant experience of doing this in a mid sized and private Institute.
- Proven experience in Corporate Engagement, business development, or sales.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Understanding of MBA programs and the ability to articulate their value to potential candidates.
- Strong organizational and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
