ServiceNow implementation for service management, portfolio management, business management, Deliver and operations management functions
Proactively recommend ServiceNow processes, integration needs, process workflows and lead the design and implementations
Oversee ServiceNow configurations, customizations and external application and data integrations including workflow
Chart and enforce quality processes for user management, data-security, compliance policies, data reporting
Participate in overall delivery process discussions on ServiceNow customizations, configurations and dashboards to support the delivery process.
Developing ServiceNow customizations, workflows and usage.
Knowledge and experience with business management processes, IT operations management
Experience working in ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, and SAM modules
Experience with integration ServiceNow applications with third party tools or applications, including cloud applications (AWS)
Experience in setting-up data-feeds, dashboards
Experience working in an Agile environment
ServiceNow admin and ITIL foundation certification preferred.
Knowledge on HRSD module will be advantage
Ability to configure ServiceNow ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Change, SLA and Catalog Item. This include following items
