- Around 5 years of working in ServiceNow GRC Projects as a Business Analyst and worked on Requirements Gathering, Agile/Sprint Planning, Demos
- Worked on Project Estimations and Manage Agile Releases
- Analyze existing GRC processes and systems to identify areas of improvement.
- Create and maintain process and system documentation.
- Monitor and respond to user inquiries regarding system issues and requirements.
- Develop GRC use cases, business process models, and diagrams.
- Develop training materials and provide training to users.
- Evaluate and recommend technologies that can support business needs.
- Good communication and presentation skill
