Title: Lead ServiceNow HRSD Developer Location: Remote Roles and responsibilities Designing and developing high quality solutions with a broader project context. Working systematically and intuitively with key stakeholders including the client and the Practice lead to understand their high level requirements. Developing and documenting first class solutions, based on client requirements. Being accountable for defined assignments/projects often involving immediate action or short term planning of human and other resources. Establish and maintain relationships with clients as a source of informed, reliable, professional advice about solution options based on the consultant's specific skills and knowledge. Works with minimal supervision and provides oversight and guidance to more junior staff. Operating as an active member of a project team and wider company and ServiceNow practice community. 3+ years of experience in ServiceNow development. Capability and experience: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Human Resources, ITSM Nice to have - Certified Implementation Specialist - ITOM, CSM, any other ServiceNow modules. Nice to have – ServiceNow Certified Application Developer JavaScript Integration experience Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, JSON, XML Hands on technical delivery (including development, testing and implementation) of effective ServiceNow solutions using number of technical skills such as HTML, XML, JavaScript/AJAX, Integrations (web services, SOAP, email, MID etc) Proficiency in scripting including JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Angular and Rest API integration experience. Good to have – ServiceNow upgrade hands on experience. Exposure to ITIL and ITSM frameworks. Hands on experience in ServiceNow configurations, customizations and scripting areas like UI policies, Client Scripts, Business Rules, Script Includes, ACL's, Security Rules, System Properties, Workflows, Flow designers, Fix scripts etc. Knowledge on User and Groups administration, Role provisioning and Update sets management Knowledge on ServiceNow implementation best practices Experienced in requirement gathering. Experience across Agile / Waterfall project methodologies.
