- T-Systems is looking for a seasoned Service delivery manager with 12-15 years’ experience. Candidate must have at least last 3-5 years worked experience in Airport Industry.
- Experience in airport Industry
- At least 5 years’ experience as program/project manager/Service Delivery manager in implementing and developing airport products
- Extensive experience in building business case, building & presenting E2E product roadmap - Extensive experience in creation and description of functional/technical solution in the context of bid proposal management and the sales process
- Excellent analytical capabilities to recognize and assess technical and financial risks
- Extensive experience in communication & Stakeholder management at leadership level –
- Experience in managing highly talented team, mentoring and coaching - Experience in people management activities
- Experience in managing T&M and Fixed price project in both Waterfall and Agile methodology - Experience in budgeting and forecasting, meeting revenue and margin targets –
- Experience in Defining Service Governance with customer
- Experience in Internal controlling of key KPIs
- Ensuring Service Level Compliance Reviews with Delivery - Experience in Managing Customer Escalations
- Experience in Claim Management
- Cash collection: go after open payments to customer –
- Implement Service Improvement Plans to customer –
- High willingness to travel nearly 20-30% for consulting and project engagement at customer locations, main location and further customer locations, predominantly national, at request traveling to international location
- Good understanding in the areas of: -
- Waterfall, Scrum, agile process - DevOps, continuous deployment - Security Concepts - Bid management - Coaching & Mentoring
