The Role:
We are seeking a Senior Bid Delivery Manager in Bangalore.
Senior Bid Delivery Manager-India HUB will be responsible for Bid Management for India HUB comprising of India, Nepal, Bangladesh & Sri Lanka. The Senior Bid & Delivery Manager-India HUB will be reporting to Head of Bid & Delivery Management-India HUB.
The responsibilities will include:
- Assisting the Head of Bid Delivery-India HUB in all bid preparation activities.
- Achieving the year-on-year KPI w.r.t Intake Orders (IO) and managing the bids as a Bid Manager for important & strategic bids.
- Fulfilling the role of a Bid Manager and taking the responsibility of the entire bid starting from thorough understanding of the RfQ/PQ/RfP/Tender Document; representing the DB in prebid conferences/meeting to seek clarification on queries; organizing bid kick off & strategy meetings; coordinating with various stake holders and ensuring the PQ/Bid Documents are been prepared & submitted on time.
- Ensuring high quality Bids are been delivered, protecting the DB as a brand, and ensuring the highest technical marks being achieved in the bid evaluation.
- Ensuring all internal business compliances are met during the entire life cycle of the bid, starting from identifying an opportunity to signing the contract.
- Responsible for monitoring competitor’s activities and their strategies in the market.
- Adhering to all compliance and auditing requirements for the conduct of ethical and transparent operations including the compliance to all DB E&C policies, guidelines and procedures.
- Any other reasonable duties that may be assigned to you by Head of Bid Delivery-India HUB or his assignee.
- Qualification: Bachelor’s in Engineering in Relevant Field (Essential) + Post Graduation Diploma/Certificate in Management (Preferred) Experience: 10 years of experience Relevant experience:
- 06 years of experience in Business Development and/or Bid Management with Engineering Consultancy for Rail Based Transit System/Infrastructure Projects
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
