- Define & implement robust governance.
- Drive excellence across the finance function
- Maintain a clear & current financial system strategy including innovation agenda.
- Drive large projects such as Finance Transformation
- Define, develop & own all strategic finance initiative roadmap
- Lead the relationship & management with finance Shared Services organization
- Designs & manages the shared services organization, including location, scope of services.
