Job Description:
The incumbent will be responsible for assisting the Transaction Lead in execution of transactions in the above-mentioned areas
Qualification:
Chartered Accountant / MBA (Finance) / CFA
Experience: 3 - 5 years in an Investment Banking Division of a Bank / NBFC / large professional advisory services group / credit rating agency.
Location: Mumbai

3. Financial modelling and valuations
4. Deep understanding of industries, corporate credit and project finance, with analytical skills for formulating structured deals
