Who we are looking for
The City Security Manager (Global Security) is responsible to manage BAU security operations in the city offices working along with the Country Security manager and the Global Teams, performing tasks that are assigned and ensure all service levels are met, contractual obligations and comply with local regulations in line with global standards. The City Security Manager is also accountable in assisting/handling day-to-day operations (Floor Guarding and Escort Guarding) in collaboration with FTC Managers/Assistant Managers and in charge of planning, directing, motivating the team members across locations. The candidate should be a Graduate and carry 5+ years of experience in Armed Forces/Corporate Security. The Applicant should possess great interpersonal skills and be excellent in oral and written communication skills.

In your role you will be providing inputs to Business Continuity Teams and to the Higher Management on any untoward incidents occurred/reported at State Street and JV Locations. What you will be responsible for
As a City Security Manager you will
  • Develop & execute effective security measures to safeguard company assets from existing & evolving threats
  • Assist country Security Manager and Regional team in tasks that are assigned
  • Ensure all critical service levels are met and contractual obligations compiled to, with deviations reported through incident report framework
  • Ensure all compliances on security issues are met and up-to-date as per local regulations and in line with global standards
  • Conduct security awareness training among employees, contractors, guards and vendors
  • Maintain logs/MIS on all security related incidents on Archer
  • Assist Country Security Manager in managing BAU operations
  • Guard force management along with escort guard operations
  • Collaborate with all business units in implementing security policies

Education & Preferred Qualifications
  • Graduate or its global equivalent degree
  • 5+ years of experience in Armed Forces/Corporate Security
  • Conversant with MS Office tools (MS Word, Excel and PPT)
  • Security related certification will be an added advantage
