Key Roles and Responsibilities
Strategic Focus:
- Responsible to manage all the sales leads and the site and to manage the site sales team
- Responsible for understanding the local market dynamics and competitive environment to harness himself for all the challenges
- Responsible to provide a quality services to the customers and work to reduce the complaints
- Improve customer satisfaction to a level they become brand ambassadors for Kolte Patil group
Operational Focus:
- Manage the list of prospective customers, basis past flat sales (Customer Data Sheet), and information generated at exhibitions etc.
- Monitor the phone calls to prospective customers from the database and generate leads or get references
- Analyze profile of customers like turnover of the business/ if employed the name of the organization, designation held etc. and segment the prospects accordingly
- Inform the Direct Sales Head and GCSMO about the prospect intending the corporate/ bulk deal
- Arrange presentations to clients about the project, flat layout, availability of flats etc. and show the sample flat
- Get customer's preferences about the configuration required, view, vaastu, personal details
- Co-ordinate for a meeting with corporate customer's team and the project sales team to have clarity on the customization and revised pricing details
- Prepare the payment schedule and give to the customer as per standard policy for the project Site visit plan
- Establish standard parameters that the organization will follow while communicating with the customers
- Work with different channels like brokers, site sales, advertisements etc to generate leads
- Monitor all leads and their status
- Monitor the follow ups with the generated leads and revive the dead leads
- Oversee the response to the queries of the prospective customers
- Train and groom front end personnel to handle onsite queries
People Focus:
- Recruit, develop and retain staff, partnering with Human Resources.
- Responsible for managing his/her team by enforcing HR policies and procedures
- Supervise and manage the performance of the team, ensure annual appraisals and informal performance reviews
- Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise project team members / contractors and for successful project delivery
- Identify training needs for the team
- Responsible to counsel and retain the top/ critical talent and keep the attrition rate low
Education and Experience:
- Master's in Business Administration (MBA) with Marketing specialization from reputed university.
