Role: - Senior Manager

Experience: - 10 to 15 Years

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Enforces the scrum process and makes sure that daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews and retrospectives are executed.
• Helping the scrum team to avoid or remove impediments to their progress, whether internal or external to the team
• Coaching the team, within the scrum principles, in order to deliver quality valuable features for their product.
• Focusses upon the supervision of a team, who perform development, testing and DevOps activities.

Must Have Skills:

• Strong background on Java development skills, React.js, Node.js, Angular.js / C#
• Experience with Jenkins, Maven, GitHub
• Excellent communication skills
• Problem solving and innovation abilities.
• Team management experience of size 10+
• Problem solving and innovation abilities.
• Proven experience as Scrum master using Agile Methodologies.
• Deep Knowledge and expertise working in agile teams.
• Excellent Experience in creating Burn down charts, backlog maps etc.
• Excellent Experience in continuous delivery processes and tools
• Ability to coach developers, testers and DevOps engineers.
