Address- Candidate should have experience in Process improvement, Process Excellence, SOPs, Loyalty.
- Good have experience in operation. Candidate should be from Ecommerce industry.
- Drive and own NP Operational Performance Improvement
- Identification, definition & implementation of Process Improvements by APPs on the network
- Translate improvements identified or required into SOPs / Guidance Notes
- Identify Gaps in Specs / Process of interaction between APPs on network and eliminate or minimize these gaps through Spec enhancement or drive process changes at APP end.
