- Service Requests - Policy Servicing
- Plan and Achieve New Business Nos.
- Per Branch / Cluster / Region Productivity / Issuance tracking
- WIP Management - Maintain & Tracking of conversion ratio
- Ensure Business Quality
- System UAT and Process Improvement
- Control on Premium Receipting and Banking
- Tracking of Renewal Business
- MIS Management
- Ensuring SLA adherence and SLA tracking
- SP Code Mapping and SP wise Business Tracking
- Liaison with Training / L&D team on Process Training to branches and Employees.
- Ensuring New Business Process tracking and Adherence to SLA by Insurers
- Tracking Business Quality by putting strong controls
- Engage with internal Audit, regulators to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Keep Management updated on regulatory development and market dynamics
- In-depth understanding of the BFSI industry with ample exposure to Insurance Industry & an out-of-the-box thought inclination to effectively tap opportunities within or outside to enable business.
- Strong relationships and networks within the Insurance and Banking
- Ability to create robust win-win value propositions and strategic fit for all the stake holder
- People & leadership skills is essential as the candidate is expected to lead a team and be a part of several cross functional projects
- Should be good at stakeholder management and cross functional teamwork. We liaise with different stakeholders across the bank to execute campaigns such as compliance, marketing, IT, electronic banking channel and distribution channel
- Excellent communication skills, fluent in both written and verbal communication.
- Strong presentation skills. Inclined towards process controls and customer orientation.
- Capable of working independently and having responsibility as an individual.
- Passionate about business results, with a strong sense of accountability, metrics and ownership.
