Address- Bachelor or Masters Degree in Architecture.
- Overall years of experience shall be minimum 10 years; of which a minimum of 6 years ( most recent) should be in Airports & rest in large scale infrastructure projects.
- Experience in design management of Shell & Core / Base Build of large-scale infrastructure projects for Airport Passenger Terminal buildings, ATC Complex, Office building, Cargo terminal, etc. is preferred
- Greenfield & Brownfield project development experience is a must have.
- Scale of Terminal projects involved must be minimum of 50,000 sqm approx.
- Innovation design thinking & practice featuring sustainability & technology advancements in modern aviation is preferred
- Capable of managing the design of a Project independently.
- Sense of aesthetics and the ability to materialize the look & feel of all high-end architectural finishes
- Design reflections on Passenger-first, Revenue maximization, Operational efficiency, Security-tight, Maintenance friendly, etc.
- LEED AP- Sustainability, and or climate adaptation experience is a added advantage.
- Conversant with applicable local and international statutory norms, regulations, etc.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder relationship management skills
- Should be familiar with application of Design & BIM softwares like AutoCAD, Revit, PPT, MS Excel, etc.
- Experience Design & BIM softwares like AutoCAD, Revit etc is preferable
