Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Business Development Manager based in Kota. The Senior Business Development Manager will be responsible for conducting market research and analysis, identifying business opportunities, negotiating contracts, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and meeting sales targets. The Senior Business Development Manager will also be responsible for managing a team of Business Development professionals and providing leadership and direction to the team.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of success in Business Development, sales, and client relationship management in Academic Institutes
- Strong knowledge of the education industry, particularly in the coaching and test preparation space
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Experience in managing a team of Business Development professionals
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically and creatively about Business Development opportunities
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related field
- Fluency in English and Hindi is essential, other Indian languages are a plus
- Willingness to travel within India and internationally as needed
