Job Location: Mumbai
- Hiring: Creating job roles, deeply understanding the requirement and working closely with the vendor to get the right candidates on board, screening and interviewing candidates based on the requirement, and coordinating with the internal stakeholders for further rounds of discussion.
- Leading the offer discussion and negotiations for onboarding
- Inducting the new hires from the company policies and handholding the employee for the initial period through regular check-ins
- Creating HR policy, implementing it, and monitoring its adherence across the employees.
- Regularly touching base with the employees, having skip-level discussions to address the grievances & queries on a timely basis
- Performance Management: Driving performance discussion across the teams, creating a framework for the KRAs and supporting managers in ensuring the same is communicated & reviewed on a timely basis.
- Identifying training requirements for the employees, working with leaders, and arranging for training/Skill training workshops.
- Responsible to building company culture
- Driving the disciplinary/performance issue and ensuring appropriate documentation
- Conducting engagement activities for the team
- Assisting the accounts team in the salary processing
- Systematic HR documentation at all levels from onboarding to exits.
- Updating HR Databases Maintaining MIS and dashboards.
Desired Candidate:
Qualification
- Graduate, MBA/MMS in HR preferred
Experience:
- 5-6yrs years of expertise in Recruitment and operations with SMEs
