Compensation, Rewards & Recognition:
- Support in building and driving Rewards strategy for the organization
- Planning and execution of compensation & benefits benchmarking exercise
- Reviewing and updating compensation ranges basis the benchmarking exercise to support the talent acquisition team and regional HR team in hiring talent
- Ensuring compensation & benefits are in complete adherence to various legislations - minimum wages, payment of bonus act etc. in collaboration with the payroll and compliance teams
- Responsible for driving Performance Management process for the organization while ensuring timely completion of quarterly, half-yearly and annual appraisals
- Anchoring the increment, variable pay and promotion cycle to ensure timely and error-free completion of the processes along with budget adherence
- Anchor the Recognition framework & implementation across the organization with the objective of building a culture of recognition within the organization, coordination and managing of monthly and quarterly recognition programs with service providers
- Custodian for HR Policy manual. Supporting the Regional HR and HR Operations team to manage escalations / queries related to HR Policies
- Participating in Statutory and Internal Audits to ensure zero non-compliance, leveraging support from Regional HR, HR Operations, and COE teams
- Proactively identifying best practices pertaining to compensation & benefits, performance management and employee policies and implementing the ones which are relevant from the organization's perspective , recommending best-fit changes / updates in HR policies / practices
- Support in creation and monitoring of Monthly / Quarterly / Annual HR Budget and Staff Cost. Creating and publishing monthly Budget dashboard for CHRO
HR Technology:
- Managing full life cycle HRMS projects, from planning to execution and support post launch
- Effectively drive the IT team and implementation partners to ensure projects are closed as per required specifications within the defined timelines
- Maintaining HR linked systems to ensure continued operations and reporting efficiency, and work with the IT team to ensure timely resolution of issues
- Recommending system design and configuration approaches to best meet current and future strategic human capital management delivery
- Ensuring comprehensive system user testing by carrying out positive and negative testing scenarios and build a first-time-right culture
- Proactively identifying opportunities to automate processes, reports while leveraging dashboards to ensure efficient processes with reduced process time, superior employee experience and provide data drive insights, where possible
- Reviewing, monitoring and driving vendor performance and performance of IT implementation partner
- Leveraging tools for creation & usage of HR dashboards for key metrics like Power BI / Tableau etc.
