Qualifications:

Requirement :

  • Master's degree from an accredited institution in Human resources, psychology or business administration
  • 6-7 years of HR generalist experience working in MNC/ Matrix organization required
  • 3+ years of HRBP experience preferred
  • Experience with Engineering and /or Software Industry will be an added advantage
  • Proficient in microsoft office tools (eg Excel, Power BI, Word, Powerpoint)
  • Ability to influence and partner with stakeholders independently
  • Strong coaching and facilitation skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and effectively navigate and influence sensitive situations
  • Effective analytical and prioritization skills
  • Accountable and action-oriented; ability to drive change and business results
  • Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills across all organization levels
  • This role will support the Centre for Software Platforms and Products and will be reposnsible to -
  • Facilitate the implementation of HR Initiatives for the business basis employee sensing inputs, business needs, global & local HR strategy.
  • Understand staffing and talent needs in business and partner with talent acquistion team to hire right talent at right time.

Skills:

  • Create two way communication between employees and management, through skip levels, One on One etc. and take actions as necessary.
  • Build and develop capability in the organization through proactive and robust performance management, talent reviews to enable talent decisions and ensure implementation of subsequent talent actions.
  • Drive HR functional excellence through deployment of Eaton programs, internal HR Scorecards, ensuring quality of process and content alignment with the Eaton Business system. Ensure HR Metrices, Functional Excellence Scorecards, Dashboards are maintained and goals are met.
  • Analyze trends and metrics and reporting out to business to take timely actions
  • Resolve complex employee relations issues and addressing grievances empathetically and sensitively.
  • Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention
  • Provide HR policy guidance
  • Drive Employee Satisfaction Surveys: encourage maximum participation, coach managers to analyze results, action planning, and implementation & track completion of action to drive inclusive and engaging culture for our employees.
  • Guide, mentor and coach Engineering leaders & managers regarding Eaton policies, practices, local laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
  • Drive recognition culture in the group.
  • Partner with local and remote peers including HR Business Partners , Talent Acquisition team , Eaton University and HR Services team and work collaboratively to resolve any relevant issues.
