This role is engineered for an individual who excels in managing day-to-day operational tasks while establishing a productive work environment. As a vital part of our core operations team, your contributions will shape the structural backbone of our globally recognized company.
Key Responsibilities and Experience
As a Senior Executive in General Administration, you will be responsible for below but not limited to only these.
Overall, in charge of work executed by housekeeping, security and maintenance personnel. Local procurement of materials, as and when and day to day interaction with employees, temp staff & supervisors of vendors. Catering to daily needs of Employees e.g. stationary, cupboards, etc. Monitor / supervise overall building maintenance including meeting rooms, cabins etc. Maintaining all records, including filing, responding to emails and preparing and maintaining front desk documents and coordinating for audits. Managing cafeteria and local travel arrangements for company members. Perform front desk allied accounting tasks, obtaining invoices and budget tracking. Provide administrative support for operations team.
