Role and Responsibilities
- Perform/Supervise bookkeeping and tax services, as well as special projects, to our clients and provide internal accounting solutions as needed.
- Experience in controls and reconciliations.
- Own the end to end client experience for a diverse portfolio of clients.
- Support the enhancement and compliance of finance processes, standards and systems.
- Have a thorough understanding of global accounting practices and knowledge about US taxation.
Preferred Skills
- Expert knowledge in accounting packages like Quick books, Zoho and Netsuite. Ability to manage Bill.com and perform AP/AR reconciliations.
- Become familiar with US business and financial processes.
- International experience working with multiple time zones and cultures preferred.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, under tight deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail oriented and ability to adhere to strict timelines
Qualifications
- Semi Qualified CA / MBA / M.com with Minimum of 3 to 5 years of accounting and/or bookkeeping experience.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of client-facing experience.

- Management experience; strong communication skills, thorough understanding of business principles and practices; superior attention to detail; organizational skills; problem-solving skills; analytical skills; multi-tasking skills.
