Brief about the Team
The Facility Administration team is within the supply chain vertical of Tata 1mg. The team works closely with the Budget & Procurement team, HR, Business, and category teams to drive operational excellence and smooth working in the office. The team works on special projects and innovations that aim to deliver high impact. The projects span all the business verticals.
What will you do
Stocking/ Procurement

Manage office supplies stock.

Place orders Employee Centric
• Book meeting rooms as required
  
  Schedule in-house and external events Ensuring cleanliness and maintaining a Hygienic atmosphere within the facility.
  Compliance
  
  Ensure timely services for all types of equipment such as AC, DG, UPS, etc.
  
  Inspection of all services like fire extinguishers, building maintenance, etc. Distribute and store correspondence (e.g. letters, emails, and packages Update office policies as needed Data Related
  • Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets
    
    Maintain and update company databases
    • Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents
      What we are looking for
      2+ years of relevant experience (Administration).
      
      Any Bachelor-s degree.
      • Should have closely worked with the leaders.
