Job Description:
- We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Executive for CRM / Marketing to join our team in Bahrain.
- The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on developing strategies that resonate with Bahraini consumers and align with cultural norms and sensitivities.
- They will also have a strong background in implementing CRM initiatives to nurture customer relationships and maximize customer lifetime value.
- Additionally, the candidate should be well-versed in utilizing social media platforms and digital marketing channels effectively, considering Bahrain's online landscape and regulations.
- Experience in both above-the-line (ATL) and below-the-line (BTL) activities is essential for this role.
Responsibilities:
- Develop marketing strategies that resonate with Bahraini consumers and align with cultural norms and sensitivities, driving brand awareness and engagement.
- Implement CRM initiatives to nurture customer relationships, enhance customer satisfaction, and maximize customer lifetime value.
- Utilize social media platforms and digital marketing channels effectively to reach target audiences, increase brand visibility, and drive customer engagement.
- Create and curate compelling content for social media posts, blogs, emails, and other marketing collaterals, ensuring consistency in brand messaging and tone.
- Monitor social media channels, respond to customer inquiries and feedback promptly, and manage online reputation effectively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential threats, and make data-driven recommendations for marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Plan and execute ATL/BTL activities, including advertising, promotions, events, and sponsorships, to enhance brand visibility and drive sales.
- Track and analyze key performance metrics, including website traffic, social media engagement, conversion rates, and customer retention, to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and optimize strategies accordingly.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in marketing and CRM to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 5-7 years of proven experience in marketing, with a focus on CRM and digital marketing, preferably in Bahrain or the Gulf region.
- Strong understanding of Bahraini consumer behavior, cultural norms, and market dynamics.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and digital marketing tools, with a track record of successful campaigns and initiatives.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
