Lateral Hire for Senior Educator
Qualifications:
- Graduation or Post Graduation in Psychology, HR or Business (BA, BBA, MBA, PGHRM or related field)
- Professional Certification in Instructional Design & Delivery plus
Work Experience:
4-7 Years of experience in training design & delivery preferred.
Location: Bangalore (currently hybrid) & Pune (currently hybrid)
Role: (D/E Grade) Senior Educator – Education & Competency Development
Responsibilities & Skills: • Training Delivery – Delivery in-person and virtual trainings effectively to build managerial and talent excellence in the organization
- Knowledge of LMS, E-learning platforms, Authoring Tools like Articulate, Captivate, Data Analytics, BI tools is a plus
- Basic program management – Anchor behind-the-scenes operations of learning programs, as needed
- Stakeholder Management – Strong Liaison & Support for all stages from program designing to rollout between teams, HODs, participants, managers & key stakeholders, as needed
- Vendor Management – Experience in handling vendors & budgets, as needed
