Position: Oracle Cloud HCM Functional – ORC
Location: Hyderabad / Remote
Experience: 6+ Years
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Overall, 6+ years of experience with at least 2 project implementation experience in Oracle ORC (Recruiting, Onboarding and Offboarding).
- Working experience in end-to-end implementations for the modules is a must.
- Should have been involved in Design sessions, requirements gathering as part of the implementation.
- Capture customer business requirements and translate requirements into solutioning that fit within customer’s business environment and business objectives.
- Conduct POCs, map client requirements to base product functionality, effort estimation, etc.
- Accountable for review and delivery of functional design documents, technical designs and configuration workbooks
- Experience in implementing multi-org/country solutions.
- Expertise in supporting Testing, Defects Analysis, and Defect Fixes
- Good communication skills and should be capable to directly interact with client.
- Would be responsible for liaising with Business & IT teams for Functional specifications, Execute SIT, Support UAT testing & Training of Business and Core Users
- Having experience in Taleo is a plus.
Other Skills/Requirements:
- Ability to conduct training and knowledge sharing sessions in Fusion applications.
- Exhibit effective analytical skills & organizational skills.
- Good command over spoken & written English.
- Effectively manages scope and customer expectations on individual assignments.
- Follows through on all assignments and takes ownership of customer issue.
Desired Skills/Good to have:
- Oracle Recruiting Cloud, Goal and Performance Management, Talent review and Succession planning implementation and support experience.
