About the Department

Supply Chain was established in March 2017 as part of Product Supply Devices & Supply Chain Management Business plan towards 2020. The Business plan has three parts: Robust, Ready, Effective and Supply Chain Global Service Centre (GSC) is the part of last one focusing business through offshoring. 

The Position

As Senior Professional B2, you take Ownership of International Operations Region, which includes:

• Performing of Order-to-Cash activities (planning, forecasting, PO creation, inventory scrapping and reimbursement and other related activities) on time with quality.
• Maintaining process log to update the process changes and passing the same to the team to be in sync, taking responsibility of Order creation- sales order, sample, credit to Cash activities on time with quality.
• Handling escalations and analysing the root cause of deviation, reporting back internally and to stakeholders, suggesting corrective and preventive actions on the deviations.
• Coordinate and have regular meetings with global affiliates and stakeholders ensuring superior customer satisfaction.
• Driving Standardization, Optimization and Digitalization in terms of process and templates efficiently across regions and providing reporting support across department to enable key decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or equivalent with 5+ years of experience in Tier 2/ Tier 3 activities- forecasting and demand planning activities, Sales Order Management, Order to Cash function from a larger organisation, holding working experience in SAP ERP system of SD (Sales and Deliverable).
• Knowledge of Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning (SIOP) along with order execution & coordination with all relevant stakeholders.
• Having good understanding of supply chain concepts (stock-outs, inventory planning, transportation) is preferred.
• Must have Medium to high knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point).
• Good Communication is must for better interaction with global affiliates.
