Own lead generation for a list of targeted organizations and develop your own successful pipeline.
• Manage a team of 4-5 Business Development representatives and guide them toward success. This would be considered the basis on the relevant experience.
• Generate new sales opportunities via cold calling, direct emails, and social networking.
• Identify the Decision makers (CMO, VP, Director, etc.) and nurture relationships.
• Match the customer to the right solution through needs analysis and help guide them through the sales process.
• Prepare and present powerful, persuasive sales presentations to effectively demonstrate the value proposition of our products.
• Manage prospective client database through a comprehensive CRM.
• Nurture deals through the pipeline to achieve a high closure rate.
• This position would be reporting directly to the Chief Growth Officer and will either be a direct contributor or leadership role, depending on experience and qualifications.
• Work timing would generally be as per East Coast time (6pm-2am) but flexible
