Job Title: Oracle EBS SCM Techno-Functional Consultant

Responsibilities:
- System Analysis and Design:
- Analyze business requirements and collaborate with stakeholders to design Oracle E-Business Suite Supply Chain Management (EBS SCM) solutions.
- Develop and implement technical solutions to enhance and optimize SCM processes.
- Configuration and Customization:
- Configure and customize Oracle EBS SCM modules to meet specific business needs.
- Develop and implement extensions and customizations using PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, and Reports.
- Integration:
- Design and implement integration solutions with other enterprise applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data flow between Oracle EBS SCM and other systems.
- Support and Maintenance:
- Provide ongoing support for Oracle EBS SCM applications, troubleshoot issues, and perform regular maintenance tasks.
- Collaborate with end-users to address and resolve system-related concerns.
- Testing and Validation:
- Conduct thorough testing of new configurations, customizations, and patches to ensure system integrity.
- Validate system performance and reliability through rigorous testing protocols.
- Documentation:
- Create and maintain functional & technical documentation for configurations, customizations, and integrations.
- Document standard operating procedures and best practices for Oracle EBS SCM modules.
- Training:
- Conduct training sessions for end-users and fellow team members on Oracle EBS SCM functionalities.
- Provide ongoing knowledge transfer to ensure the team's proficiency in utilizing the SCM modules.
- Upgrades and Enhancements:
- Stay informed about Oracle EBS SCM updates and releases.
- Plan and execute system upgrades and enhancements as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Oracle EBS SCM Techno-Functional Consultant.
- In-depth knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite R12 SCM modules.
- Strong proficiency in PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Reports, and other relevant technologies.
- Experience in designing and implementing integrations with third-party applications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to interact with stakeholders at various levels.
