We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Manager Business Analyst
In this role, you will:
- Arrange business workshops for managing the requirements prioritization. This will require excellent product knowledge and regulatory reporting exposure. Manage all aspects of multiple related projects to ensure the overall program is aligned to and directly supports the achievement of strategic objectives
- Play a key role in arranging discussions with Key operational users to understand and document Standard Operating procedures of the Current state solution
- Identify Startegic data souring for any new data to be onboarded and built requirements to align to Strategic Data Architecture principals
- Ability to scale, flexible and provide guidance and expertise to support across workstreams as per project needs
- Ability to be flexible with regards to dealing with multiple systems / upstream data flows etc across all the entities reported by the platform
- Ability to think out of box solutions in certain circumstances as not all systems follow set protocols
- Liaising with FCM and Business User to get the sign-off
- Acceptance testing result verification
- Prepare Solution proposals with Clear Choice and getting them approved in Design Review Forum.
- Supporting the development and testing stages of the change request through to implementation.
- Respond to user queries in timely fashion involving production.
- Able to comprehend and translate complex and advanced functional, technical, and business requirements into executable architectural designs.
- Creating and maintaining documentation for the requirements.
- Prepare estimates and delivery plan for all phases of the project
- Manage the day-to-day project activities and resources and chairs the project team meetings
- Provide status reporting regarding project milestones, deliverable, dependencies, risks and issues, communicating across leadership and business.
- Understand interdependencies between technology, operations and business needs
- Demonstrate a functional acumen to support how solutions will address client goals while maintaining alignment with industry best practices
- Manage project scope and changes.
- Participate and/or drive feasibility studies, vendor selections and proposals for evaluation by appropriate key stakeholders
- Manage ongoing quality control and participate in quality issue resolution
- Support formal/informal schedules to manage the engagement contract
- Monitor, track and control outcomes to resolve issues, conflicts, dependencies and critical path deliverables
- Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation and presentations to various audiences, including project team, sponsors and key stakeholders
- Share functional knowledge for other BA and developers in Myworkspace PODS
- Oversee BAs in Myworkspace PODs
- Responsible for the functional delivery for all projects within Myworkspace
