Roles & Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

• Good exposure to legal documents or legal services and compliance
• Impressive knowledge of MSAs, SoWs, TOs, POs, and end to end contract lifecycle.
• Understanding and familiarity of legal services offerings across the legal outsourcing market
• Understand key challenges General Counsels face in running corporate legal departments and functioning of law firms.
• Experience in Financial instruments and process
• Engage with Clients, support decision making, delivery/governance related discussions.
• Skills in planning, evaluation, research, analysis, training, problem solving and reporting.
• Ability to facilitate and contribute to client sessions to define, illustrate and gain buy in to substantial departmental transformation via legal services.
• Experience in change management and working on various compliance and risk management software & tools.
• Exposure of working directly with senior management and regional compliance officers in a culturally diverse team
• Hands on experience of legal outsourcing services
• Proficiency in using MS Office Suite
• Good knowledge of MSAs, SoWs, TOs, POs, and end to end contract lifecycle
• Experience in Invoice verification against SOW’s/ Rate card
• Exposure in checking of CR’s & SOW’s – Standard templates, standard text and other expectation based on group standards
• Experience in Data Privacy, Data security, compliance implementation etc. helpful
• Experience in writing compliance memos and preparing compliance reports a requirement
• Ability to perform email/phone outreach to relevant stakeholders and engage on discussions related to quality of assessment output
• Ability to prepare written summaries using information from variety of sources

• Experience /exposure to similar work environment
• Exposure to writing reports and drafting different contracts
• Experience in analysing legal and government issued documents
• Experience in copy editing/quality checks of the output as Quality Checker
• Ensuring appropriate use of quality methods, tools, and techniques in the project
• Exposure and working knowledge of CLM tools
• Process certification like Six Sigma or experience in quality Methodology (Six Sigma, Pareto, DPMO/U etc.) would be a plus
• Data management and compliance and reporting
