What this job involves:
Ensuring accuracy and consistency in quality
In a role to enhance quality in deliverables, your main responsibility will be to ensure error-free delivery of projects. This will need you to understand the creative brief for each project, review the collateral and ensure that they adhere to our brand and tone of voice. While focusing on quality, you’ll also generate content, as well as continuously add value to content deliverables.
Client-centric approach
You’ll direct all your efforts to meet clients’ expectations. For this, identifying stakeholders’ needs will be essential, as that will help you in ensuring that deliverables match the required standards to meet those needs. At the same time, it will be your job to ensure a fast turnaround time for projects to make them cost-effective for stakeholders. Your ability to handle high volume and tight deadlines efficiently, without compromising on quality, will take you far.
Ownership of projects
The job will involve a high level of collaboration with different teams to ensure accuracy and consistency. But as you work closely with diverse capability teams, you’ll need to understand basic design principles and aesthetics so you can add value. Moreover, knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) will be useful for the job as we may ask you to prepare presentations. While collaborating with teams, you’ll take ownership of the assigned projects, ensuring quality.

High communication skills
While a bachelor’s degree in communication or journalism is essential for the role, we would prefer if you also have a master’s in marketing communication. On top of this, if you have 3-5 years of professional experience in journalism or/and have worked in a marketing communication agency, then you may be the person we are looking for. It would be best if you were comfortable with technology and keen to learn to work on new tools.
Keenness to collaborate and learn
Are you eager to learn about the new media? You’ll get ample opportunities to learn on the job. But we would prefer you to be proactive and always ready to take initiatives. Your capabilities to maintain high standards while working on multiple projects will ensure your success in a service-oriented environment.
Attention to detail
This role is quintessential a person with excellent writing skills along with a sharp eye to proofread documents. Likewise, you should have a command over the language so you can communicate clearly with teams as well as all stakeholders. Similarly, it will help you in documenting business processes and best practices. It would be best if you were keen to work against tight deadlines while ensuring regular reporting.
