Sales & Service Manager

You will be working as Sales & Service Manager and will be part of E-Mobility business for ELEM Front-end division based in Faridabad, India. In this role you will be reporting to Sales Manager – Systems and will be responsible for driving the sales performance of complete e-mobility product portfolio of E-mobility business area across India, specifying and implementing effective sales, service level agreements and business-development initiatives in line with global strategy and the services up to customer satisfaction level.

Your responsibilities

Identifying new business opportunities and creating clear strategies to convert them Coordinating the information flow around sales activities, providing forecasts and market intelligence to marketing and sales Establishing strong customer relationships and maintaining a positive customer experience throughout the sales process, including post-sales and service Conducting contract risk assessments and working closely with relevant parties to mitigate risks Building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision makers in existing and potential customer organizations Managing the direct reports to achieve revenue and profitability targets

Your background

Bachelor of Engineering or Bachelor of Technology in electrical engineering 8 - 10 years of experience in direct sales and sales management, working as Sales Manager with knowledge on AC / DC EV chargers / solutions with application knowledge or in the relevant field Experience of business development, account management and cross-selling A clear grasp of contract negotiations, risk management and commercial and legal terms Exceptional communication and negotiating skills, a customer-focused mindset and a professional, “can-do” attitude Proficient in English and Hindi
