Job Profile: - Sales Manager

Experience: - 2+ experience in Real Estate industries.

Interview Location –1004, Lodha Business District Gate No. 2, Kolshet Road Thane W - 400607

Salary: - 3 Lpa to 6 Lpa (Negotiable for right candidate)

Roles and Responsibilities

· Candidate having hands on experience handling project from Thane to Ghatkopar & Powai area.

· To ensure sales in residential/commercial Real Estate.

· Responsible for generating new business opportunity for the organization.

· Looking for a hard-core performer in selling Residential and commercial Property.

· Continuous follow up with the customers and building and retaining client relationships.

· Discover training needs and provide coaching.

· Listen to team members feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts.

· Recognize high performance and reward accomplishments.

Desired Candidate Profile

· Proven work experience as a Sales Manage.

· Mandatory working experience from Thane to Ghatkopar or Powai project.

· Excellent communication in English, Hindi, & Marathi and leadership skills.

. Excellent interpersonal skill and presentable.

· Organizational and time-management skills.

· Excellent knowledge about geographical area in city.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
