Sales Manager

Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing the sales team, creating and executing sales plans, delivering sales targets, building relationships with customers, generating new leads, building sales reports, and communicating with senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the desired sales.

• Work out to implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence in the assigned area

• Understand Customers needs, promote and demonstrate the company products to clients

• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs

• Provide daily, weekly & monthly Sales Report, Field activity and communicate data to superiors

• Build market position by promoting, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing sales requirements.

Required Skill set:

• Proven track record of delivering sales targets and managing sales teams

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills

• Experience with software sales and in-depth knowledge of the software industry

• Ability to build and execute sales plans, and experience creating sales reports

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment with a positive attitude

• Experience with education sector sales is a plus

• Strong analytical skills and ability to think creatively in order to develop innovative solutions

Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field
