Job Summary:-
The position is accountable for the solution sales for IBMS. This includes the gamut of activities including achieving the targets, annual sales plan and strategy for the sales management, customer account management functional human resources development and management.
The professional will take charge of sales of complete solution (IBMS) for integrated security /BMS. The person will drive sales by tapping of potential opportunity in respective regions by interacting with influencers like Project Managers, Architects, planners, end users and service consultants.
JOB DESCRIPTION:-
- The responsibility includes establishing, nurturing and growing business across all the verticals for integrated security solution.
- Achieving organization goal/business plans by preparing the sales plans
- Maximizing profit by creating healthy pipeline for opportunity.
- Create/Implement strategy to engage with key influencers.
- Provide market input to develop the next strategy to overcome on failure.
- To drive continuous improvement in every process , quality systems, operating excellence and product technology.
KEY RESULT AREA:-
- Preparation of sales plan in line with organization plan
- Develop solution business
- Extensively travelling to meet the customers/Influencers
- Establishing VTPL as strong Security /BMS solution provider in the respective region.
- Preparing the winning techno-commercial proposal for prospective buyers.
- Scan and analyze competition and its market sizes.KEY ATTRIBUTES:-

2- Deep understanding of the dynamics of Fire, Security and BMS solution sales.
3- Leveraging and cultivating strong relationship with top decision makers.
