We are seeking a skilled and experienced German Speaking Sales Development Representative specializing in Tele sales/representative to join our dynamic development team. As a SDR, You will act as the initial point of contact between the company and potential clients in the M&A industry. Your primary focus will be making outbound calls to generate leads and drive business growth. You will work for one of the fastest growing M&A companies in Germany. You will work with one of the partners and his team directly and massively impact the future growth of the business.
Responsibilities:
- Conducting a high volume of outbound calls to prospective companies, introducing your organization’s M&A services, and assessing their potential interest in pursuing M&A opportunities.
- Engaging with prospects through phone conversations to determine their fit as potential targets.
- Building rapport with key decision-makers and influencers in target companies through effective communication. Understanding their pain points, challenges, and positioning your organization as a valuable partner.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential customers who are not yet ready to decide. Provide them with relevant information, resources, and assistance to keep them engaged and move them through the sales funnel.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Effectively manage and update CRM systems or sales tools to track lead progress, record interactions, and ensure accurate and timely data entry. Monitor and report on key metrics related to lead generation and conversion rates.
Qualifications:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for effectively engaging with potential customers and building rapport.
- The ability to actively listen to prospects, understand their needs, and ask relevant questions is crucial for qualifying leads and offering appropriate solutions.
- SDRs should have the drive to persistently follow up with leads and handle rejection positively. Resilience is important to bounce back from setbacks and maintain motivation.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize effectively are vital.
- Having a goal-oriented mindset and the ability to work under pressure to achieve sales goals is important.
- Finally, you convince with your enjoyment of working in a team and your good written and spoken German skills.
