Educational Qualification: Any graduate Bachelor's degree or above Core Skills & Competencies: Tender Management, Documentation, Research and Analysis, Communication Skills, Attention to Detail, Time Management, Legal Knowledge, Relationship Building, Adaptability, Problem-Solving, Analytical Skills, Bid Strategy, Compliance Background / Experience: prior experience in tender management on GEM Portal and Other tender floating websites, Strong understanding of tender processes, regulatory compliance, excellent communication, and analytical skills Industry Preference: industry involving procurement, contracts, and competitive bidding, making experience transferable across sectors.
