Job Description

1) A Tender Executive, plays a crucial role in the process of responding to tender invitations and submitting competitive bids for projects, contracts, or services. Their responsibilities revolve around managing the tendering process effectively and ensuring the company’s bid is well-prepared and meets all the requirements.
2) Conducting thorough research to identify potential tender opportunities that align with the company’s capabilities and goals. This involves monitoring tender portals, websites, and other sources to stay updated on upcoming bids.
3) Collaborating with various departments within the organization, such as sales, finance, legal, and technical teams, to gather all the necessary information and documents required for the bid. The Tender Executive ensures that the bid complies with all the formalities and is submitted within the specified deadline.
4) Preparing well-structured and persuasive content for the bid document, including executive summaries, technical proposals, pricing details, project plans, and other relevant information.
