Responsible deliverables:
1) Reviewing all tenders (Semi Government, Private).
2) Checking the feasibility for qualification and financial criteinformation responsibleria.
3) Preparing presentations, risk matrix.
4) Providing accurate Tender informations to top management to get approval for bidding.
5) Should have knowledge working on GEM portal.
Roles and Responsibilities
1) Focusing on all semi-government and private tenders, moving from Maharashtra to India and then to the international level.
2) To coordinate, prepare and compile bid submission documents in relation to tendering/bidding activities, tender questionnaires and pre-qualifications.
3) To check new upcoming Tenders on GEM portal, Maharashtra govt and other empanelment vendors wewebsitesbsite or check on tendersdetails.com or similar portals with eligibility criteria.
4) Organize the approved, rejected, done, and pending tenders in a proper excel spreadsheet.
5) Contribution to cost and price calculations.
6) To organize and harness the efforts of all involved departments relating to tendering/bidding activities and contract review.
7) To assist the commercial department in cultivating a good relationship with existing and potential associates/customers.
8) To vet through in coming tenders and to note down the tender due date, project start and end date, tender submission instructions/requirements, and mode of submission.
9) To collate tender information and references from various sources such as online search engines, industry and market intelligence data etc., which are needed for submission.
10) To monitor and ensure that tender submission due dates are strictly adhered to, including the checking, binding, packing, and preparation of outgoing submissions.
11)To ensure that tender submissions are done before deadline with all standardized in terms of format, font, logo, etc., and in line with customer's tender requirements.
