We are hiring for Business Development Executive for Forex Advisory and investment solutions. With a strong commitment to excellence, we are seeking a highly skilled. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 0 - 3 years of experience in managing a team in the Forex advisory industry, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and providing exceptional service to international Forex traders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Target Achievement: Set clear sales targets for the team and closely monitor their performance to ensure goals are met and exceeded. Implement effective sales strategies to attract and retain international Forex trader clients.
- Client Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with international Forex traders, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and providing expert Forex trading advice tailored to their specific needs and market conditions.
- Market Analysis: Stay updated with global market trends, economic indicators, and geopolitical events to provide timely and relevant trading recommendations to international clients. Collaborate with research teams to enhance the depth of analysis.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure that the team adheres to international regulatory guidelines and company policies, promoting ethical trading practices and effective risk management for clients.
- Reporting: Generate regular reports on team performance, sales metrics, and client feedback, presenting findings to the senior management team. Utilise data-driven insights to enhance team productivity and client satisfaction.
- Training and Development: Conduct training sessions for team members to enhance their Forex trading skills, product knowledge, and customer service abilities. Stay updated with industry best practices and incorporate them into the team's approach.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments such as research, marketing, and customer support to enhance overall client experience and achieve business objectives.
- Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve existing processes and workflows to enhance operational efficiency, client satisfaction, and revenue generation.
Qualifications and Skills:
- 0- 3 years of experience in Forex trading and advisory services, with a strong understanding of global financial markets and international Forex trading practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with international clients and team members.
- Strong leadership qualities, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team of Forex advisors and effectively manage international client relationships.
- Proficiency in relevant trading platforms and tools, as well as familiarity with international regulatory requirements.
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field is preferred.
