We are seeking for a RSM - South for a D2C firm based in Bangalore/Hyderabad.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute Regional Sales strategies aligned with overall company objectives.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners within the region.
- Address customer concerns and ensure a high level of satisfaction to foster long-term business relationships.
- Identify new business opportunities and potential market segments within the region.
- Develop and implement plans to expand the company's presence in both existing and untapped markets.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales management, preferably within a D2C or related industry.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and managing successful sales teams.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
