Relationship Manager – National Pension System (NPS):
Job Role:
- To source new corporate NPS relationships
- Activate Pre-existing relationships for NPS (such as existing clients of Corp Sal/Life Insurance/Corporate Banking/wholesale banking/treasury etc.) by coordinating with respective department/relationship manager.
- Handle end-to-end activities such as presentation, proposal submission, corporate empanelment, documentation; employ enrolment, engagement /helpdesk activity for maximization of business and new enrollment.
- Help in enrolling newly joined employees, contribution processing, MIS, non-financial transaction processing, help desk for existing clients, refund processing, Grievance handling etc.
- Intra department coordination (coordinate with cross functional departments for receiving leads, coordinate with legal team for handling queries pertaining to NDA/SLA, coordinate with CPC for form processing/PRAN generation/rejection/contribution processing etc.)
- Coordinate & support NPS enabled branches for maximizing NSP offering to Bank customers.
- Coordinating and managing existing corporates / subscribers to avoid escalations.
Job Requirements:
- 2-4 years of experience in corporate/retail sales preferably in National Pension System or Banking/Financial/Investment products.
- Proven track record of driving customer first focus and achieving the sales target
- Relationship Management with a customer centric approach .
- Should be result oriented, go getter with a high passion for numbers and ability to work under pressure
- Candidate should have basic Presentation and Training Skills
