At Ashbee Systems Limited, we are looking to hire a Senior Regional Sales Manager, with proven expertise in selling high value industrial goods (worth 1 Cr +). Your main focus would be maintaining and creating industry partnerships to drive sales, strengthening relationships with existing clients, & expanding the top line. Roles and Responsibilities · Plan, execute and manage sales activities independently. · Stay updated about new projects and opportunities, prepare quotations with internal team for commercially viable opportunities, and consistently follow up to close the deal. · Develop new accounts and build sales pipelines with prospective clients. · Persuasive and adept at negotiating terms of sale with customers, and demonstrate exceptional communication, leadership, and customer service skills. · Conduct in-depth research on competitors' products, pricing, and market success to gain insight into customer preferences and interests and stay informed. · Ability to develop and execute cost-effective business plans and sales strategies to reach defined revenue goals. Prepare regular sales reports and sales plans. · Prepare collateral for sales visits and carry out presentations to clinch orders. Eligibility / Qualifications · Bachelor's degree in engineering + MBA post graduate is preferred · 8+ years of work experience in sales is required. Preferably in electronic weighing systems, highways or road infrastructure, toll management systems, automation services or industrial products · Proven sales experience - with high ticket items worth 1 CR and above · Ready to travel - Experienced in traveling across India for sales pitches and order negotiations · Strong networking, negotiation and consultative sales skills for successful sales visits and calls · Organised and self motivated worker, street-smart and innovative in getting the work done · Great customer service and problem solving skills, fast learner, with the ability to take initiative and lead · Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including MS Excel and Powerpoint. · Effective communication skills and good command of written and spoken English Location: Good Earth Business Bay, Sector 58, Gurugram, Haryana
