- Delivering Regional Sales & Distribution Plan for the Region
- Recruiting and Building High Performing Sales Team
- Building & Managing, Sustainable and Profitable Business Model
- Developing Sales Strategies across Sales Channels (e-commerce, MT, SAMT, GT)
- Setting and Implementing Sales Systems and Processes that help driving Sales Productivity
- Developing a channel-wise Sales strategy that helps in driving regional Sales and Distribution Plan
- Managing Regional Modern Trade category teams
